I think I'm going to end up making him a bunch of white tshirts that I've decorated.
The next one I'm going to make is "Skills for kills, Agent." It's from Crackdown. I watch him play a lot of video games but I don't really play them. I think I'll probably end up making him a lot of "inside joke" shirts. The only shirts I've ever made him had the Reservoir Dogs movie cover (took forever!) and "Sucks to your ass-mar!"
